Pura Energy Liposomal Methyl Charge+

Targeted methylation, daily.

A premium liposomal methylation-support formula in a convenient pump. Pura Energy pairs activated riboflavin, B6, folate, and methyl B12 with TMG (a methyl donor) and a phospholipid liposomal delivery — focused daily support for methylation and cellular energy metabolism. 50 mL bottle, 50 servings.*

Key Benefits

  • Supports normal methylation pathways and methyl-donor balance*
  • Supports normal energy metabolism and cellular function*
  • A targeted methylation formula — B2, B6, folate, B12 & TMG, not a full B-complex*
  • Designed to pair with NAD+ support protocols as part of a healthy-aging routine*
  • Liposomal phospholipid delivery in a convenient daily pump*

Important

Contains ethanol. Methyl donors and B vitamins can feel activating for some people — start as directed. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or sensitive to B vitamins.

The science behind it

Targeted methylation support

Methylation is part of one-carbon metabolism, the network that moves one-carbon units for normal cellular processes. Pura Energy is positioned as targeted support — activated B2, B6, folate, and methyl B12 plus TMG — rather than a broad multivitamin. [1,2]*

One-carbon & homocysteine pathways (B6, Folate, B12)

Vitamin B6, folate (as calcium folinate), and methyl B12 are key nutrients in one-carbon and homocysteine-related metabolism, supporting normal methylation pathways and normal homocysteine metabolism. [3,4,5,6]*

Methyl-donor support (TMG / Betaine)

Trimethylglycine (betaine) acts as a methyl donor in betaine-homocysteine methyltransferase pathways. At 75 mg per serving, the supported claim lane is methyl-donor balance. [7,8]*

Liposomal phospholipid delivery

Highly purified phospholipids support the liposomal liquid format. Liposomes are lipid vesicles widely studied as carriers for bioactive compounds; we describe this as a liposomal delivery format. [9,10]*
